Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Hello Crocodile (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).

By engaging our services or making payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Hello Crocodile provides creative services including:

• Social media content

• Digital design

• Branding and visual identity

• E-commerce content

• Marketing and creative direction

The agreed scope will be defined prior to each project.

3. Fees & Payment (Upfront Model)

• All work is delivered as fixed-price packages

• No subscription. No ongoing commitment

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins

• Work will only commence once payment has been received

• Project timelines begin once payment and all required materials are received

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Revisions & Approval (Project-Based Structure)

• One (1) consolidated revision round per project (all assets)

• Feedback must be submitted in one clear response

Included:

• Text edits

• Minor layout changes

• Colour adjustments

Not included:

• New creative direction

• Full redesigns

• Multiple feedback rounds

Additional revisions: £25 per round (full asset set)

Once approved, work is considered complete.

5. Project Timeline & Delivery Schedule

• Questionnaire sent within 72 hours of payment

• Client has 15 days to respond

• Project completed within 1 calendar month of purchase

• Hello Crocodile operates a 5 working day turnaround per phase

Delays in feedback may extend timelines.

6. Project Duration & Expiry

• Projects are valid for 1 month from purchase

If delayed by the client, the project may be:

• Closed

• Archived

• Requoted to restart

7. Delivery

Final assets are delivered ready for use.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Rights transfer upon full payment

• Hello Crocodile may showcase work

Source files are not included unless agreed.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

• Provide accurate materials

• Have rights to all content

• Respond in a timely manner

10. Third-Party Platforms

We may create content for platforms such as:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• Shopify

We are not responsible for platform performance, restrictions, or technical issues.

11. Performance Disclaimer

• No guarantees on results (sales, engagement, growth)

• Outcomes depend on external factors

12. Liability

Hello Crocodile is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Loss of revenue or profit

• Loss of reputation or data

Liability is limited to the amount paid.

13. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential.

14. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

• Clients must be 18+, or a parent/guardian must purchase the service

• We do not contract directly with minors

Parents/guardians take full responsibility for projects involving under 18s.

15. Image Authorisation, Editing & AI Usage

By providing content (including via Instagram), you allow us to:

• Edit and enhance imagery

• Use content in designs

• Apply AI-assisted tools

You confirm rights to all content.

16. Content Approval & Publication Responsibility

• Once approved, content is accepted as final

• Hello Crocodile does not publish content unless agreed

• You are fully responsible for:

  • Publishing

  • Timing

  • Platform use

17. Branding Credit

All work includes:

“powered by hellocrocodile”

unless agreed otherwise.

18. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

Hello Crocodile provides services in accordance with generally accepted marketing and advertising standards.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that involves content which:

• Is unlawful or promotes unlawful activity

• Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory

• Promotes harm, hate, or harassment

• Is misleading or deceptive

• Infringes third-party rights

• Breaches platform or advertising standards

We may decline any request that presents a reputational, legal, or ethical risk.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

20. Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
